Timer Record

The timer record feature allows you to start and stop recording after a certain period of time or depending on the presence of an input signal. To start timer record, click the button labelled Timer in the recording dialog.

The following dialog box will appear:

• Start Recording section:

  You can choose to start the recording immediately, after a specified period of time or when an input signal is present.

  Click Start timer record in the bottom left of the dialog box to start recording based on the behavior chosen above.

• Stop Recording section:

  The recording can also be stopped with a button press, or automatically after a certain period of silence or after a certain period of time.

• Silence Threshold:

  The threshold value for the input signal detection can be defined using the Silence threshold slider at the bottom of the dialog.

After you have chosen your settings, click Start timer record in the bottom left of the dialog box to begin recording.
