Avid preview Acoustica ARA for Pro Tools at IBC 2024

With powerful waveform and spectrogram editing capabilities, Acoustica ARA includes a Retouch option for easy attenuation and replacement of unwanted noises or problem sounds. It boasts invaluable tools like DeClick, DeClip, DeHum and much more. These features combine to create an essential plugin for identifying and fixing your audio issues quickly and transparently.

Put simply, with Acoustica ARA it’s easy to remove background noise, clicks, clipping and hum from dialogue or music recordings directly in Pro Tools without transferring audio between the two applications, saving hours of editing time. 

For anyone that's new to ARA, it is an audio plugin extension that enhances communication with your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Developed in 2018 by Presonus and Celemony, ARA2 is now supported by major DAWs like Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and Studio One. This technology allows plugins to integrate more deeply with DAWs, making workflows more seamless and efficient.
